You Keep 60%. We Handle the Rest.
Your 60% share is paid out monthly during the 90-day selling period. Closet Resale Co. retains 40% to cover all labor, photography, listing, marketing, and operational costs.
What Happens to Unsold Items?
If ownership is transferred, we may continue to sell, bundle, donate, or repurpose the items as we see fit. If you choose to retrieve items but do not collect them within 14 days, ownership will automatically transfer to Closet Resale Co.
At the end of the 90-day selling period, we'll contact you with a sales summary. You then have two options for any unsold items: either retrieve them within 14 days, or transfer ownership to Closet Resale Co.
